Interdistrict Attendance Permit Appeals
Dear Parent or Legal Guardian:
Welcome to the interdistrict attendance permit appeal application. Please register your email by clicking the “Register” button at the top right of this page. Once registered, you may file an interdistrict attendance permit appeal from this “Interdistrict Appeal” tab on the navigation bar to the left.
Appeal Information
Appeal Acceptance
Completed appeals can only be received and processed by the unit between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Submitted Documents
To file your appeal, submit the completed form AND attach the following supporting documentation, as applicable. (10 pages MAX)
- A copy of the original request for an interdistrict transfer permit (if available)
- Copies of all correspondence between you and the district denying the permit (be sure to include the FINAL denial letter from the district if available); and
- Additional documents (limit is 10 pages) supporting your reason(s) for the permit appeal
